    INSTEAD, DISCUSSIONS ARE BEING RESTRICTED TO TWO SUBJECTS - THE OBJECTIVES OF THE COMMON MARKET DURING ITS CURRENT SECOND STAGE, AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS INSTITUTIONS IN RELATION TO ITS GROWING RESPONSIBILITIES.

    MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS IN STRASBOURG TO ANSWER PARLIAMENTARIANS' QUESTIONS INCLUDE PROF. ERHARD, THE WEST GERMAN VICE-CHANCELLOR AND ECONOMICS MINISTER, AND THE BELGIAN FOREIGN MINISTER, M. SPAAK. THE FIRST SESSION TOOK THE FORM OF A DEBATE ON TECHNICAL TRANSPORT PROBLEMS.
