    The Viet Cong's chief negotiator at the Paris peace talks, Madame Nguyen Thi Binh, arrived in London today (Wednesday) to give her revolutionary Government's views on American's peace proposals.

    Madame Binh said they were designed to "maintain the United States occupation" in South Vietnam. During her visit Madame Binh will meet leaders of several British Trade Unions and address a rally organised by the British Campaign for peace in Vietnam. At the airport, she spoke about her feelings towards the latest American peace offers:
