    Background: U.S. Navy Airborne "Blue Eagle" television stations in South Vietnam are proving effective in bringing news and information to remote villages of the Delta and around Hue. Each evening two C-121 Super Constellations are checked by their crews and take to the air. Each carries a complete television station, including studio and transmitter. The Super Connies cruise at 8500 feet altitude as they telecast to ground television sets. Some refugees centres are equipped with television, and when the Blue Eagle programs go on the air, refugees crowd around the sets, eager for news and information. The U.S. Navy services and crews the Blue Eagle aircraft, which, since February of 1966. have played a significant role in keeping regular Vietnamese television programming on the air.
