  • Description

In Belfast on Sunday (12 December), newsmen were shown the biggest arms find in Northern Ireland since the present crisis began.

Police have described the find as a virtual "bomb factory". Heavy calibre ammunition and dum-dum bullets were pointed out to newsmen, and experts said there was evidence that terrorists are now capable of manufacturing their own bullets and grenades.

This film, a telerecording from the British Broadcasting Corporation, is supplied with a commentary in English by a British Army officer who is pointing out the arms to newsmen.
