Background: Sixth round of talks between India and Pakistan concerning the future of Kasmir and other matters have begin in New Delhi.Pakistani delegation led by Foreign Minister arrived in New Delhi on the evening of May 14th and were warmly met by leader of the Indian delegation Mr.Swaran Singh, Indian Minister for Railways. The current round has been made possibly by the last minute diplomatic moves by UK and USA.Even though the talks between the two Ministers are expected to be 'suspended' after the current now, it has been made possible to continue them at quiet diplomatic level. It has been reported that during the current round a proposal for internationalisation of the Kashmir Valley is being put, forward by Pakistan. It is sure to be turned down by India. These talks were started in the wake of Chinese Aggression on the Indian borders in October last, to strengthen the defence of the Indo-Pak sub continent as a whole.
