VAN FLEET MET WITH PRESIDENT KENNEDY TODAY TO MAKE HIS REPORT FOLLOWING AN INSPECTION OF SIX TRAINING CAMPS. HE WAS ACCOMPANIED BY ARMY CHIEF OF STAFF GENERAL GEORGE DECKER AND ARMY ELVIS STAHR. AFTER REPORTING TO THE PRESIDENT VAN FLEET TOLD NEWSMEN.
