    MR HAROLD WILSON, THE BRITISH PRIME MINISTER, WAS URGED TODAY(SUNDAY) TO INITIATE A "SUBJUGATED NATIONS WEEK" DEDICATED TO ALLENSLAVED NATIONS ROBBED OF NATIONAL, SOCIAL AND HUMAN RIGHTSGUARANTEED IN THE UNITED NATIONS CHARTER. THE REQUEST WAS INCLUDEDIN A LETTER DELIVERED TO MR. WILSON AT No. 10 DOWNING STREET, THELONDON RESIDENCE OF THE PRIME MINISTER, BY A DEPUTATION FROM ANANTI-SOVIET RALLY.

    THE RALLY AND MARCH WAS ORGANISED BY TWO EMIGRE GROUPS, THEANTI-BOLSHEVIK BLOC OF NATIONS (ABN) AND THE EUROPEAN FREEDOMCOUNCIL (EFC). SEVERAL HUNDRED DEMONSTRATORS MARCHED TO THECENOTAPH, BRITAIN'S NATIONAL WAR MEMORIAL, AND LAID A WREATH INMEMORY OF "VICTIMS OF COMMUNISM." THEN A DEPUTATION WENT TO No 10DOWNING STREET AND HANDED IN THE PETITION. THE MAIN INTEREST OF THEDEMONSTRATORS IS OBTAINING INDEPENDENCE FOR THE COUNTRIES NOWINCLUDED IN THE SOVIET UNION, SUCH AS THE UKRAINE, TURKESTAN,BYELORUSSIA, LITUANIA, LATVIA, ESTONIA, GEORGE, ARMENIA ANDABERBAIJAN.
