SV Speaker of House of Commons: As speaker of the House of Commons there is nothing left for me to say except to offer a very warm welcome indeed to the House of Commons. I wish you all luck in this visit to this country. (applause)
SV Mr Wang Yun Wu speaking: My colleagues and I find it difficult to express adequately our heartfelt appreciation for the very cordial welcomes which you have extended to us. We fell greatly honoured to be your guests this afternoon in this historic building which has been the cradle of democracy.
CU Mr Wang Yun Wu speaking: The Mission, that last year came from this Parliament to China was to our countrymen an emblem of this spirit. We saw in that Mission not only the good will of your heroic people but also the expression of political ideals which was identical with spirit of our revolutionary leader Dr. San-ye-Sen.
SV Mr Wang Yun wu speaking: As you well know Dr San conceived the three stage political programme for China. The final stage is just such a constitution of democracy that you enjoy here.
