The refugees are in a pitiable plight...most of the children being famished and under nourished. Cholera has broken out in some of the campus while doctors of Bangladesh fight to save the patients and protect them from stomach ailments B'Desh river patrol are trying to patrol the NAF river to keep off the refugees, who in any case cross over at night to evade being captured by either side and being pushed back.
