    AFTER TODAY'S LUNCH, PRESIDENT ZINSOU SPOKE CONFIDENTLY ABOUT THE STATE OF CO-OPERATION BETWEEN FRANCE AND DAHOMEY, DECLARING THAT FRANCE'S PRESENT DIFFICULTIES DID NOT IN ANY ESSENTIAL MATTER AFFECT ITS EFFORTS TO HELP DAHOMEY.
