THEY REPORT TO THE PRESIDENT ON THEIR RECENT IDEOLOGICAL OFFENSIVE IN LATIN AMERICA, WHERE MARSHAL TAVORA, NATIONAL HERO OF BRAZIL, CREDITS THEM WITH AVERTING CIVIL WAR IN HIS COUNTRY.
