Background: Saigon Nov, 17.- Premier Nguyen Cao Ky assisted today to the distribution of Land Titles to farmers in Tay Ninh province with general Nguyen Huu Co, defense minister, Secretary of State for Land reform, Mr Lam Van Tri and secretary of state for psychologic warfare, Mr Dinh Trinh Chinh and the foreign ambassadors and diplomatic corps. Thousand of hectares of land has been distributed to hundred of farmers. Each farmer received a 3 hectares title of land. The land reform is also one of the main target of the government to obtain heart and support from the people.
