Background: On June 13, 1957, Dr. Marcos Satanowsy, an Argentine lawyer, was shot death by four men. Nothing could be found out up to now either about the motives of the executors of the crime.

The Chamber of Deputies appointed, in October 1958, a Committee to investigate into the circumstances of the murder. The members of this Committee travelled last week to Paraguay, where a man named Perez mentioned names of high officers of the Argentine Armed Forces, as being involved in the murder. The charges could not be proved so far.
