HADDAD: "To patrol they have to go from one O.P. (observation post) to another O.P. For example from E1 Khiam to O.P. Amar, Markhabba, Amin and also ope'in (all place names phonetic) or others. Unfortunately on the last time we discovered that they began to spy our position, collecting information that is not their concern. Going inside our position, arresting them many times, saying oh we lost the road. Ok you lost the road one time, two times, three times. Always they are losting, losting the road--it couldn't be. We collected many proofs, proving that they are spying on us and they are not working on their mission given to them. Also they are talking about our position. They are pointing where we have guns, given the exact position of our guns. Why? I think they are collecting that--maybe to give them--I have suspicious--maybe to give to P.L.O. but because that is not their mission. If we are going to talk about two hand generally, UNIFIL that means, I have to tell you also there was Italian commander, Senegalese-Italian commander--it was the former one, not the actual one--he is well, not as popular, even now there are many Senegalese, they are touching a salary, monthly salary, from P.L.O. And even there was a report from the S3 of UNIFIL, reporting about this battalion commander, that he is pro-P.L.O. and that he is touching money from them, but UNIFIL is doing nothing against it. They didn't do anything against it. It is this report. You can go by yourselves and check in the paper or document of UNIFIL and you can find it."
