Background: The former British Ambassador to Somalia arrived in Nairobi last night for talks with the Governor of Kenya, Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, on the Northern Frontier District dispute with Somalia. Mr. Pyman will be leaving for London tonight, but will break his journey in Rome for two days. This morning the BBC correspondent in Nairobi, Douglas Willis and a local reporter were the only newspapermen to manage an interview with Mr. Pyman - his visit to Nairobi has been kept very quiet.
