TRANSCRIPT: SEQ. 2: KUWAITI AMBASSADOR: "If Israel persists in its disregarded of the plight of the Palestinians there are punitive measures that should be applied against her. Israel cannot continue in her campaign of ignoring the U.N. resolutions and at the same time enjoy the membership of the body whose charter, principles aims and resolutions she (indistinct) flouts. There is a constant conflict between her presence in the United Nations charter and (indistinct) that she belongs to a world of injustice, of no charter, of no law; a world in which the rule of brute, not brains prevails. She cannot continues her indifference to the United nations resolutions with impunity. We believe that this assembly should take drastic measure against Israel to make her comply with U.N. resolutions."
