Background: Britain's Prince Charles left his sister Princess Anne watching junior school football in Nairobi on Sunday to go on a two-day fishing safari to Kenya's lake Rudolf.

After watching the native welcome filmed by Visnews' local stringer Mohamed Amin, the Prince went off straightaway for a fishing session, foregoing a lunch of asparagus and cold roast pelican because of the heat.

Prince Charles and Princess Anne arrived in Kenya at the weekend for a two-week stay.
