    In New York, three anti-Castro Cubans were arraigned today on charges of firing a bazooka shell at the United Nations General Assembly Building on December 11.

    Baill was put at S-thousand dollars each. If convicted, they face maximum sentences of more than 50 years.

    The Cubans were closely guarded today. Their lawyer maintained they never intended to hit the U.N. building but were trying to distract attention from that day's speech by Cuban Minister of Industry Che Guevarra.

    Newsmen briefly questioned one of the accused.
