INDEPENDENCE HAS ESCAPED THEM. CHAOS IS BORN. TODAY IN PARTS OF AFRICA, TRIBE HAS RISEN AGAINST TRIBE. TODAY IN CERTAIN PARTS OF THE WORLD, NATIONS HAVE SPLIT ON....BASIS.
