    While the Cyprus crisis has led to Government changes in both Cyprus and Greece, first film received from Turkey indicates it has won great public support for Premier Bulent Ecevit.

    The Premier was responsible for ordering the Turkish invasion of Cyprus which began on Saturday. The Turkish move was promoted by the overthrow of Archbishop Makarios by the Cyprus National Guard which was led by Greek officers.

    After three days of fighting on the island. Mr. Ecevit said Turkey was ready to accept a United Nations-sponsored ceasefire. The formal acceptance followed two late-night Cabinet meeting sin the backed-out Turkish capital, Ankara.

    People listened on radios as Mr. Ecevit made is announcement to newsmen.

    Crowds surrounded Mr. Ecevit as he left the Government building in Ankara from where he made the announcement. Earlier they had chanted the Premier's name outside the building.
