    Mr. E.M.Namboodripad, Chief minister of Kerala State, India, arrived in New Delhi, July 9, for talks during his two-day visit with India's President Rajendra Prasad, and members of the Cabinet.

    He is to present to the President his version of events arising out of the unrest in Kerala, where widespread agitation is still going on.

    He first visited Mr. S.K.Patel, India's Minister of Transport and Communications, and Congress expert on Kerala affairs; then called on Mr. Govind Vallabh Panth, Union Minister for Home Affairs, who is convalescing at home after suffering a heart attack.

    Kerala's Chief Minister helped arrange the pillows to make Mr. Panth more comfortable before beginning discussions with him.

    Mr. Namboodripad is also to visit Mr. Nehru at present holiday making at Simla.

    The Chief Minister's visit followed the presentation to President Prasad by Congress Party leaders of a 50-page memorandum against the Communist Government of Kerala State.
