  • Description

King Fredrik and Queen Ingrid of Denmark open to day a very seldom exhibition, it is an exhibition of the own present, received few week ago, when the Royal couple celebrated there Silver Wedding.

Thousand of gift arrive for the silver wedding of the royal family. From all over the world was done, and Scandinavien (Ingrid is Swedish) sending gift to the Royal Palace, AMALIEN BORG CASTLE in Copenhagen, King Fredrick and Queen Ingrid could easily cover many of the large rooms and hall at the royal Palace with gift, and the Royal Family decide therefore to give the citizen a chance to have a look at the many gift. Queen Ingrid start to build up an exhibition and this was to day open for the public.

It will cost 2 shilling to come into the exhibition, and all the money are going to help for the refugees. The Royal court was open for parking of motorcars, to park a car will cost 1 shilling. Outside the Royal Castle are the many Royal Guard allowed to help the people if any question, something that never would take place other times.

It's rather unusual a Royal family opening the Castle for an exhibition of there own gift, but the King of Denmark told the press, "since the money are going to a nice way, as helping the refugees, I will also open the castle when I'm going to celebrate my Gold Wedding".
