THE RESCUING TRAWLER, THE "LABRADOR", TOOK THE CRIPPLED SHIP IN TOW TO REYKJAVIK. THE BRIDGE HAD TO BE CUT OPEN WITH OXY-ACETYLENE TORCHES FOR FIVE HOURS BEFORE THE BODIES OF THE THREE SEAMEN COULD BE BROUGHT ASHORE.
