    SYNOPSIS: A television agency cameraman filming from across the Lebanese border with israel has observed increased Israeli security activity, involving both police and army troops. The extra military cover has been provided for fear of Palestine reprisals on Israel, following the killing of Palestine commando leaders and several other people in an israeli raid deep into Lebanon and its capital, Beirut, last tuesday.

    The border between the two countries has been tense for many years -- especially since the 1967 Arab-Israeli War. Now, with a fight between Israel and the palestine commanded and with the Lebanese Government uneasily involved as hosts to the Palestinians, the border situation is even tenser than ever.
