    Six right-wing parties have formed an alliance to contest 78 National Assemble-by-elections made necessary by the disqualification of the now-outlawed Awami League, which can an absolute Majority in the Assembly in last December's elections.

    Mr. Bhutto warned that if any attempt were made to form a Government from the winners of next month's by-elections, the Pakistan Government 'would topple it within a week'.

The League under Sheikh Mujibur Rahman won an absolute majority in last December's elections, with 160 of the 300 seats. Mr. Bhutto told the Karachi crowds that if an attempt was made to form a Government from the winners of the coming by-elections, the Pakistan Government 'would topple it within a week'. On the crisis with India, Mr. Bhutto re-iterated an earlier appeal to Indian Prime Minister Mrs. Gandhi to be patient for two months, when she would be able to negotiate with a civilian Government in Pakistan. "Wait for two months only", he urged. "We are coming. You can talk to us." "Otherwise", Mr. Bhutto declared, "we are prepared for war."
