Secretariat, winner of the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness and the Belmont Stakes earlier this year, finished six lengths ahead of Big Spruce horse in 25 years to win the coveted "Triple Crown" of America's three top races for three-year-olds. His owner, Mrs. Helen Tweedy will put him out to stud.
