    THE WORKERS CAME FROM CAR FACTORIES HIT BY THE GOVERNMENT'S AUSTERITY MEASURES. THEY STAGED A MASSIVE DEMONSTRATION OUTSIDE THE CONFERENCE BUILDING AFTER THEY HAD BEEN REFUSED ADMISSION.

    MR. WILSON WENT AND ADDRESSED THEM OVER A LOUD HAILER AND FOUR WORKERS' REPRESENTATIVES THEN JOINED THEM IN PRIVATE TALKS. HERE IS HOW THE PRIME MINISTER SPOKE SOF --
