Background: As in the whole world X-mas begins earlier and earlier even in Stockholm. Every year the city of Stockholm raise X-mas tress - there are hundreds of them all over the city. Here is one of them 36 feet high and 26 years old. The children are all happy over the trees and here they dance a X-mas dance. at Carla Place.

Every year there is also a big X-mas market at the open air museum Skansen Here women in peasant costumes cast candles, and ancient ritual Swedish tradition. Behind the coulisses in the big stores they also are very busy just now. The X-mas shopping begins in these days.
