    Ojukwu arriving and speaking (SOF)

TRANSCRIPT: "Faced with the prospects of rising expenditure and falling revenue from external sources, including statutory (INAUDIBLE) from the federal government, we have had to explore various avenues of increasing revenue from local sources. This has entailed calling for greater sacrifices from the better placed members of our community. I want us to work systematically towards the establishment of a good, progressive and democratic society where all vestiges of privilege and social justice will be abolished and the rich contribute more for the welfare of the poor."
