Clarence Sturm, Vice-Chairman of C.A.R.E., and International chairman of the Lions Club - both American welfare charity organisations - arrived in Athens, Greece, Mar 29, accompanied by his wife.
Later in the day they visited various welfare centres subsidized by either organisation, and distributed agricultural tools, parcels of food, clothing, and toilet requisites to needy families, blind people, and orphanages.
On a world tour of inspection, Mr Sturm has already visited Pakistan, India, Ceylon, Viet-Nam, Egypt, Jordan and Israel. From Greece he will go on to Rome, Munich, Berlin and Hamburg.
