    Young militants crowded into the annual stockholders' meeting of Minneapolis-Honeywell Inc. Tuesday (April 28) turing the proceedings into a shouting match that had to be adjourned in 14 minutes.

    James H. Binger, chairman of the board, was assailed by angry shouts form several hundred young persons in hippie clothes and war paint who crowded the third floor dining room at the company headquarters in Minneapolis.

    Outside, a crowd of about 1,500 gathered near the main entrance to the building and in the company parking lot. In the lobby several hundred persons milled about as their proxies were challenged by management.

    After windows started to be broken, company guards used Mace and the crowd retreated across the street where they were dispersed by Minneapolis police.

    But, inside the dining room every attempt of Mr. Binger to speaks was downed out by jeering and he finally gave up trying to speak.

    The demonstrators were angered because, among its many products, it manufactures a cluster bomb unit used in Vietnam.
