The commander in chief of the Korean forces in south Vietnam, General Lee See Ho, then addressed his troops praising their conduct throughout the time of operations in Vietnam.

Then, the Deputy Commander of the Korean forces in Vietnam, Major-General Yun Hung Jcong, was decorated by South Vietnam's Chief of Staff, General Cao van Vien.

Afterwards, official guests were scheduled to go on a reception attended by South Vietnamese Government officials.
