GENERAL NE WIN, WHO HAS RARELY LEFT BURMA SINCE HE TOOK OVER EXECUTIVE POWER IN 1962. IS TO FACE A BUSY PROGRAMME INCLUDING A SERIES OF TALKS WITH INDIAN LEADERS.
