    President Amin, in an exclusive interview with Australian Broadcasting Commission reporter Allan Hogan during a fact-finding tour of Uganda, said he did not favour either the West or the Communist area in planning for the future of his country.

    Uganda was adopting a neutral role and because of this it could develop healthy and beneficial relations with any country, regardless of the political shade.

    The President touched on a wide range of subjects, including his attitude towards the Jewish people and the future of African unity moves during the interview :
