    U.S. AUTHORITIES IN VIETNAM TODAY ACCUSED THE VIET CONG OF 59 VIOLATIONS OF THE TRUCE ON THE FIRST DAY. THE VIET CONG CLAIMED THAT U.S. TROOPS MADE 62 VIOLATIONS DURING THE DAY.
