    PRESIDENT SUKARNO OF INDONESIA HAS ACCUSED MALAYSIA, WITH BRITAIN'S HELP, OF OFFERING ARMS TO REBELS IN INDONESIA'S SOUTH CELEBES PROVINCE.HE MADE THE CHARGE IN A FIERY SPEECH TO A RALLY IN DJAKARTA ON SUNDAY MARKING THE 38TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONALIST PARTY.

    THE INDONESIAN PRESIDENT SAID THAT MALAYSIA HAD OFFERED MISSILES AND ROCKET TO THE REBELS WHICH WERE TO BE FIRED AT THE TOWN OF MACASSAR - CAPITAL OF THE SOUTH CELEBES.BECAUSE OF THIS BRITISH-MALAYSIA ACT TOWARDS THE CELEBES REBELS, PRESIDENT SUKARNO SAID, INDONESIA WAS "DETERMINED TO CONTINUE CONFRONTATION TO CRUSH MALAYSIA."
    THE PRESIDENT'S SPEECH DREW CHEERS FROM THE CROWD - AND LONG APPLAUSE.SEVERAL GUEST SPEAKERS ALSO ADDRESSED THE RALLY INCLUDING A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE JAPANESE SOCIALIST PARTY.

    MEANWHILE, IN DJAKARTA, MORE SLOGANS HAVE APPEARED CALLING FOR THE SEIZURE OF BRITISH AND AMERICAN CAPITAL AND PROPERTY - AND FOR AN END TO WHAT THE INDONESIANS CALL "NEO-COLONIALISM".

    (THE REBELS TO WHICH PRESIDENT SUKARNO REFERRED IN HIS SPEECH BELONG TO THE DARUL ISLAM SECT.THEY WANT INDONESIA TO BE A THEOCRATIC STATE -- ONE IN WHICH GOD BECOMES THE SUPREME SOVEREIGN.THE INDONESIAN GOVERNMENT HAS CLAIMED THAT IT HAS WIPED OUT MANY OF THE REBELS AND NOW SAY THAT PEACE HAS BEEN RESTORED IN THE AREA.)
    (EARLIER, PRESIDENT SUKARNO IS REPORTED TO HAVE SAID THAT INDONESIA WOULD SOON PRODUCE HER OWN ATOM BOMB, BUT HE SAID IT WOULD NOT BE USED TO COMMIT AGGRESSION AGAINST ANY NATION.
