Background: A delegation of the japanese federation of trade unions-KANKEIREN-headed by its President Mr Hosai HYUGA visited today the EEC Commission. They were supposed to be received by Mr HAFERKAMP, vice president of the Commission and Commissioner for external affairs. As Mr Haferkamp was unavailable because of last minute obligation they first had an informal meeting with Mr Jack PEEL, director general of the social affairs department before a meeting with Mr Eberhard RHEIN, counsellor at Mr Haferkamp's cabinet.
