    PRINCESS CECILE SAID SHE SAW GENERAL OJUKWU SHORTLY BEFORE SHE LEFT BIAFRA. SHE SAID HIS GOVERNMENT WERE GRATEFUL THAT HE HAD DECIDED TO LEAVE AND REPRESENT THEM IN A MISSION TO SAVE THE COUNTRY.
