The mission, in France as the guests of the government, follows the visit to Peking of the French Cultural Minister, M.Andre Malraun, this summer.
The visiting delegation includes two deputies and a group of acrobats.With an official from the French Cultural Ministry, the Chinese Ambassador in Paris Huang Chen welcomed the visitors.
This winter, as a result of the visit, it is expected that 200 Chinese students will go to France to study, as well as a number of scientific research workers and technicians.Under an exchange scheme, France hopes to send 50 students to China as well a technicians, and there are also hopes of welcoming an exhibition of Chinese Art to Paris in the near future.
