    Delegates from the Soviet Union and Uruguay began meeting in Moscow this week to discuss trade and Soviet financial aid to the Latin American country. Uruguay is represented by a 25-man delegation drawing members not only from the government but from private industry as well. A major purpose of the meeting is to discuss implementation of the first part of a major Soviet loan to Uruguay.

    SYNOPSIS: A twenty-five man Uruguayan trade delegation began meeting this week in Moscow with Soviet delegates to discuss trade and Soviet financial aid to the Latin American nation.

    The Uruguayans are headed by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Senor Juloi Sanguinetti. Among the delegates are representatives of both private industry and the government.

    The meeting is the outcome of an agreement signed between Uruguay and the Soviet Union eighteen months ago.

    The meeting, lasting until next Tuesday, will discuss how to implement the first part of a Soviet loan of about eight million Pounds Sterling.
