He is received by the President of India, Dr. Prasad (with White cap) who introduce His Majesty to the Prime Minister of India, Mr. Nehru and then the King meets the Vice President of India, Dr. Radhakrishnan (with white turban) and then meets others behind them.

L.M. Mounted Guards are seen preceding the procession of the King of Afghanistan who left the Palam airport, after his arrival in Delhi, and is now arriving near the President's House. In the background is seen the secretariat buildings and the people standing on either side to great the King.
M.S. In the open car is the President of India, Dr. Prasad, and the King of Afghanistan sitting
N.C. Having entered the President's House (big open courtyard), the open car is seen in the procession. In it are seen the two Heads of the two States.
L.S. The Procession is going towards the main building in the President's House.
M.S. Zaheer Shah is now standing on the jeep and proceeding to inspect the Guard of Honour provided at the President's House.
L.S. His Majesty is seen inspecting the Guard of Honour which is comprised of the Mounted and unmounted ones.
M.S. Once again the two Heads of the States sit is the open car and leave for their suites in the House.

IN THE AFTERNOON THE KING OF AFGHANISTAN PAID A CALL ON THE PRESIDENT OF INDIA. HIS PARTY ACCOMPANIED HIM.
M.S. His Majesty and the party are led by the Military Secretary to the President of India, (in uniform), through the corridors of Rashtrapati Hhawan (President's House), where is on either sides stand the tall guards with tunhans.(The King is in Civilian clothes).
M.S. The King is being received by Dr. Prasad.
M.S. The King and the President of India are sitting on a sofa to chat and take a cup of tea.
