    THE PROSECUTION CLAIMED THAT MR. BLAKNEY HAD MADE THE STATEMENT IN A SERMON AT A SALISBURY CHURCH IN JULY . HE WAS SAID TO HAVE SPOKEN ABOUT PRISONERS BEING STRIPPED NAKED AND GIVEN ELECTRIC SHOCKS.
