A new danger is feared on the Papua New Guinea island of Bougainville. A large quantity of explosives has been stolen from a government store, and it's feared they may be in the hands of hard-core secessionists, reluctant to accept the present true with the Papua New Guinea Government a total of two-and-a-half thousand sticks of dynamite has been taker from the government store at Buin. The main damage in Monday's riots occurred at Buin, where secession clashed with pro-government forces destroying the local jail and other buildings.
