    A 16-MAN GREEK TRADE MISSION ARRIVED IN LONDON TONIGHT (SUNDAY) FOR TALKS WITH BRITISH BUSINESSMEN AND GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS IN A DRIVE TO INCREASE GREEK EXPORTS TO BRITAIN. MR JOHN CANELLOPOULOS, PRESIDENT OF THE ATHENS CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, IS LEADING THE DELEGATION.

    MR RICHARD ODD, CHAIRMAN OF THE GREEK SECTION OF THE LONDON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, GREETED MR CANELLOPOULOS AND THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE DELEGATION WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT LONDON AIRPORT.

    MR CANELLOPOULOS SAID THE MAIN PROBLEMS FACING THE GREEK DELEGATION WERE THE EXPORT OF TOBACCO, FRUITS, COTTON YARNS AND OTHER ITEMS, WHICH GREECE SOLD IN ONLY VERY SMALL QUANTITIES TO BRITAIN.

    "TRADE BETWEEN GREECE AND GREAT BRITAIN HAS NOT DEVELOPED DURING THE LAST FEW YEARS AS WE WISHED." MR CANELLOPOULOS SAID.
