Talks began in Delhi, October 15, between India and Pakistan on their border differences. General Khalid Shaikh, Pakistan's Minister of the Interior, acting Foreign Minister and leader of the Pakistan delegation, visited Pandit Pant, the Indian Home Minister, and spoke with him for about an hour.
