Akporode Clark, the Nigerian delegate, issued the warning in the General Assembly as Sweden's Anders Thunborg sought a Security Council-ordered curb on foreign investment in South africa. The one hundred and fifty-two nation assembly began its annual debate on South Africa's policy of separate development of the country's principal racial groupings --- apartheid. Mr. Clark, who is chairman of the assembly's Anti-apartheid Committee was one of the first speakers.
