    DURING THE EARLY PART OF HIS CAREER, LATTIER CONCENTRATED ON PRODUCING WORKS OF ART BY WEAVING STRING AND ROPE ONTO A FRAMEWORK OF IRON, BUT DURING MORE RECENT YEARS HE HAS BEEN EXPERIMENTING WITH A NEW TECHNIQUE.....SOLDIERING STRIPS OF METAL. HE HAS ALSO BEEN WORKING ON PRODUCING ART WORKS USING SECTIONS OF BROKEN POTTERY.

    LATTIER STUDIED FINE ARTS IN PARIS, AND HIS CURRENT 12-DAY EXHIBITION RUNS UNTIL OCTOBER 25.

    AMONG THE ITEMS ON SHOW ARE "ORCHIDS", "THE RAM", "THE PANTHER", A NUMBER OF MASKS AND A WOVEN-TYPE SCULPTURE OF TWO CHILDREN.
