    The West German Chancellor, Herr Willy Brandt, has told the National Press Club in Washington details of the talks he's been having with President Nixon during their two days of discussions.

    Among the topics discussed by the two leaders were relations between Europe and America and the future of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.

    The two leaders have pledged themselves to work constructively for international trade reform. Herr Brandt also raised the possibility of a summit meeting later this year between President Nixon and West European leaders.
