    President Felix Houphouet-Boigny of the Ivory Coast-back in his capital Abidjan after attending the OCAMM conference in Lome, Togo, spoke to reporters on Friday (April 28) about the death of former President Kwame Nkrumah, of Ghana.

    He said Doctor Nkrumah served Africa, not just Ghana, and history would recall all the good he did--above all that he led his country to independence.

    On the subject of dialogue with South Africa--the policy President Houphouet-Boigny has long advocated-he said the way to peace is through neutrality.
