The envoy, Senator Molapo, told President Mobutu that Lesotho was in favour of dialogue with South Africa, not war. Lesotho, a black African state, is entirely surrounded by South Africa. Their discussions centred mainly around the relations of black Africa with the white countries of southern Africa.
